« Return to Resources Index Lending Library I maintain an ever-growing lending library for my students and doula clients. Some of the materials are out of print, and many others are difficult to find. The library consists of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, breastfeeding, and newborn care books and videos. I also have other materials of interest to new and expectant parents: Magazines (Fit Pregnancy, Martha Stewart Baby, Mothering) Professional publications (Midwifery Today, International Doula, Having a Baby Today) Topic specific videos (Car Seat Installation, Training Your Dog to Meet Baby) Cord Blood Storage videos from the various service providers My library has a few simple rules: First, by checking out materials, you agree to pay for replacement if the item is lost or damaged while in your possession. Check out items by filling out the card, limit checkout materials to 1 item per week, and return items within 1 week. Currently, I have over 500 items in my lending library -- not including magazine and professional reference materials! And as I find materials, I am eager to add them!
